No soft skills, no customer service and help from this seller. I thought the shoes are fake, opened a claim, meanwhile the seller kept arguing with me and explaining how I changed my mind and that’s why I want a return. Not a single time did she suggest a solution or simply to pay for authenticity (which costs 15£ online and she clearly had the photos) so I can have peace of mind. Ended up paying myself and not returning the shoes but I am never buying from this seller again.

After three weeks asked for return/refund based on the reason my Chanel shoes are not genuine. If you not happy about something you don’t wait long time to complain. I know all my items genuine and I don’t have to worry about it. Anyway eBay sent return label to buyer two weeks later she still hasn’t returned shoes. Of course they are genuine and bargain price. Just be happy and enjoy wearing this gorgeous pair of Chanel shoes.
