Ill say positive for the care in packing and delivery time. However the four faces are shown on front and only one with a ribbon hanger was shown on back. My fault that I did not ask if all four had the ribbon hang which is what I wanted. Although the seller was polite she was not going to allow a return. My warning is to ask about everything.
