Mini PC arrived full of dead cockroaches. I haven’t seen such a nightmare in a while. In addition, the power brick was not original and even not to the spec (lower wattage), plus it had wrong wire that goes from the outlet to the brick. I would avoid this seller.

I am sorry to hear about your experience with the mini PC. I understand how frustrating receiving a product that does not meet your expectations can be frustrating. Would you like a full refund or a replacement? We have never taken apart the Nucs due to their size. I don't see holes large enough for a cockroach to enter the unit. I'll send you a private message to let you know if you want to return the unit.
