Terrible customer service. The chain purchased looks NOTHING like the pics. The color on pics was changed to look more realistic. The color chain received wasn’t even remotely close to the pics. Total junk. Customer service wants me to pay to have it returned which is not fair when they misrepresented the product. Reading through their feedback now it seems like most people just deal with it which is not acceptable. If they give you bad service, call them out on it in the feedback. Bad service!
