The wrong item was delivered. I was given a return label and dropped off at post office. The seller claims I did not. They want a picture of an item that has been returned. since I don't have the item i cannot take a picture. then seller does not seem able to understand my explanations. They refuse to refund my money.

The communication with this him is non-existent if there's an issue. He's located in China and drop shipped my order from Walmart, so he probably doesn't care. I accidentally ordered the same item twice since I couldn't tell that the first order took & I was buying the last two that he supposedly had. The 2nd order was delayed and I was trying to get the order stopped several days before it ever shipped, but the automatic process said it was too late. He wouldn't reply to my message to cancel.
