Ground off the back off this buckle and will JB Weld it to the fender of my Tri-Hauler electric trike. I use this as a means for recovery by the police if a thief steals the trike. It won't prevent theft, but I did the same thing to an electric bike I gave to my grandson and the campus police identified and located it almost immediately. The JB Weld won't stop someone from tearing it off, but it sure will not be easy for them to do such. The buckle is reasonably priced, quick shipping and nice.
