The iPod was advertised as "new, open box, in excellent, new condition with no wear". I received a dirty, extensively used iPod that on top of terrible visual appearance has been previously linked to the seller's Apple ID. The seller has failed to disconnect it, which made it impossible for me to activate. The Apple denied my request. Several attempts to communicate this to this seller resulted in his agreement to take it back, but no mailing address has been provided. Do not deal with him.
