This retailer suffered a lot of obstacles including a postal strike. They contacted me immediately and offered me the choice to withdraw from my purchase.
I know they would have preferred if their pens could have sold right away. But I absolutely respect them. They were honest, communicative, and, when the pens finally arrived, they were well packaged. This is a great seller!
