    Aboslutey amazing and motivational! Worth the money!

    I bought this DVD, because I have been wanting to get back into shape after having my second child and have had a hard time in doing so! If you are a parent you know what I mean. This is a perfect workout DVD and if sure does get you motivated. I absolutely love the show the biggest loser because it shows you that normal overweight people can loose weight with trying! I love the trainer Bob as well he is very motivational and is very good at making you feel good while working out and wanting to come back for more! I do however don't like the fact that he isn't working out along side with you! I can understand that he would be out of breath doing this because man this is one hard video! This is not for a beginner working out that is for sure! I first did this without weights and man I ...

    The best exercise DVD I have ever used

    I decided to buy this after reviewing different exercise routines on exercise TV. I found a couple of biggest loser routines and decided that it was for me. The trainers are great and actually motivate me. The routines are designed for maximum weight loss while still sculpting the body. They also cater to a beginner and feature bigger people exercising. I am VERY happy with this DVD. It is exactly what I was looking for. It is an exercise routine that is made for real people trying to lose weight. I was sweating it out the first night, and it felt great. I have tried many other exercise DVD's in the past, but the biggest loser series is the best. So many other exercise DVDs are made for people who are already fit; this series was made for the rest of us.

    Better than real bootcamp, but a great video.

    Good tough excercises. He explains why the workouts are designed as they are. Just as an exercise gets too tedious, he adds an extra arm movement, or says "5 more ... 4... 3..." it is just enough of a distraction to get through the rest of the repetitions. I don't watch Tv and haven't seen the show but, the videos have people (contestants and winners) who don't look like Barbie. They sweat. They even whine and taunt eachother a little and that makes them more real and more motivating. I'm an Army Veteran and this is really not like boot camp. It is more efficient than bootcamp excercises by working more than one muscle group at a time, none of the stress, and he tells you not to hurt yourself.

    The Biggest Loser - The Workout: Boot Camp 2008

    I LOVE this DVD! If you are a Biggest Loser fan like me, I'm sure you've thought about training with either Bob or Jillian and having them kick your butt! Well, in this DVD, Bob does just that! What I love about this video is that you can play on those segments that you are ready for. It is broken up into 5 segments - Warmup, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Cool Down. You have the option of selecting any one or combination of segments to be tailored to your fitness level. Bob is so infectious and lovable! The only drawback is Ali's fake smile throughout the video. She's adorable and I love her, but it's okay to show a little grunt or groan during the program. Otherwise, I highly recommend this DVD! You will love it!

    Awesome title, very fitting

    Fantastic DVD for anyone wanting to lose weight. It is the 5th Biggest Loser DVD I bought and this one will kick your butt. Bob the trainer works every part of your body during the 3 levels of boot camp. I used this the first day it arrived. There are also 6 Biggest Loser contestants doing the workout with you so you want to get off the couch to do this. I am very impressed with this DVD, as well as the other Biggest Loser DVDs I own!!
