Terrific seller who was very responsive and understanding when the shipment temporarily went astray. The boots were exactly as described and expected and very lovely. However, international shipping through eBay sucks -- very expensive, slow, and there was considerable additional costs for customs duty and handling that were not expected. All-in-all: vender great, eBay shipping not.
