So far this has been a disaster. The product was sent with the incorrect connector. I needed this wiring harness so I could complete the setup of a new trailer and was going on a trip later that week. When I saw the connector was incorrect I sent a message with a picture of the one they should have sent me. To make a long story short its been 10 days and there is still nothing when I look up the tracking number. Waiting......
