As most GTA fans know, this is the last game to come to PS2, with the highly-anticipated GTA4 coming out in October 2007 (to PS3). This wasnt much of a placeholder for me personally. It is just the PSP version blown up for the PS2. The story is another good one, which is expected in all GTA games. This game offers no new features really than previous GTA titles (excluding San Andreas). But you can swim.. a little, but thats better then other "regular" GTA's (obviously San Andreas is the abnormal one). The newest feature of VCS is building a business empire, based from "turn wars" in San Andreas. You have to take over businesses and ward off other gang attacks, which can get very, very, very annoying if done incorrectly. You can make your businesses Prostitution, Loan Shark, Protection, Drugs, Sumggling, or well..I cant remember the last one. Good game, good story, tons of side missions, and a good amount of playtime.Read full review
This game is a Grand Theft Auto Game. The Prequel to Vice city. The game is good it can get alittle choppy at certain points in the game. The story line follows like all the other Grand Theft Auto stories. It is mission based to advance the story along you have to complete missions. Like all the other Grand Theft's it has plenty of Main Missions and side missions . You have alot of Vechiles to use in this like all Grand Theft's. Don't underestimate the game it is a good play and fun to boot. They Need to make a change for this line tho. You start to get tired of the samething all the time. You should pick this game up it is not that bad but like I said you played one of the Grand Theft's you have played this one also.
This game is o.k but I've seen better from Rockstar. For starters, San Andreas still has more graphics and opitions out of them all. Gangs are replaced with buildings called empires and the aiming mode is the same as LTS (liberity city stories) and the storyline is very short. The only good thing about the storyline is after so far you do missions for Phil Collins. On the my rating scale (The David Fulwood Rating Scale) I give this only a six. Save your money and get San Andreas or if you have the money Grand Theft Auto 4.
I can’t believe I’m just now playing this game years later in my mid 20s. It’s become one of my favorites along with GTA San Andreas. I love the music and the business building. I also love the cars and storyline.

I may have already sent a review about this game, but I wouldn't mind sending it again. I missed playing this game, but I'm glad that I got it again. I think my best part is trespassing the military base that the main character is discharged from or sniping the military personnel, but there's a lot more fun than just that. I highly recommend it.
