Phone gets hot when charging and in use. Battery drains pretty fast. I searched online to find out why it gets hot and I have changed things they recommend to keep it cooler but it still gets hot. Maybe the battery is bad? I don’t know. Apparently this is why it was turned in. I do like the larger screen though.

Item was as described - excellent condition! Looks brand new and no issues.Only challenge was with shipping, which isn't necessarily seller's fault. UPS was supposed to deliver in 3 days, but took twice as long. Seller was open to helping when it seemed temporarily that the package may have gotten lost. Overall would buy again from this seller!
