The item received was not the item in the advertised pictures. The item received is 3 years older and has much more wear than the advertised item. The shower head was thrown inside the manufactures box without being placed inside the bubble wrap. That box was shipped in a USPS plastic bag. Thankfully, somehow it wasn't damaged in shipping. The shower head is in good condition and I still feel I got a fair price; however, I don't like the deception.
