Received shoes in a smashed box with obvious defects and looked worn. Seller replied that defects are standard and that’s why items are “deeply discounted”. Wish I would have been aware! Generic reply saying “they’d be happy to accept a return!” of course at my expense. How about you post a picture of the defects and allow buyers to decide if they want to purchase them? Buyer beware. Shame on you!
