Barbie is cast in the role of Rosella, a shipwrecked princess, in this mini-game filled adventure based on 2007's computer-animated DVD movie. Alone on a tropical island, Rosella is cared for by three friendly animals: a panda, a peacock, and an elephant. Great Game for our Daughters
We purchased the game for our 7 year old and 4 year old daughters. Both can play it, and have a blast with it. So it's fun for our older daughter, and easy enough that our younger one can play it as well! Highly recommended

Great game for young girls
My daughter loves this game. She is 9 and is able to fully play the game with no assistance. There are different modes of play that are good for enhancing hand eye coordination. It allows them to trace shapes to move forward in the game and has a lot of fun characters to interact with as well as collect new outfits for Barbie along the way. I have no complaints about this game. I recommend this game for anyone with a little girl that is into Barbie.My daughter loves this game. Barbie
I lke that this game is easy for my 4 year old to figure out and play on her own. I dislike that you have to get so many points to open the other levels...but im ok with it, because its teaching her to be more patient and that if you work at something harder enough, it gets easier. I decided to but this game because it was girly and seemed easy to play.

i bought: Barbie teh Island Princess as an Easter basket gift for my 9 year old daughter. She just loves Barbie and can't stop playing with this DS game. It's colorful; challenging and keps her entertained. I would recommend it for other 9 year old girls with a passion for Barbie!

This game is great, I just got it for my 5 year old. She couldnt wait to play it and iIlove the fact that its easy enough for her to do by her self. She Loves it and has yet to put it down :D
