Seller falsely advertised his product as a certain brand and ended up shipping me a completely different brand (much cheaper). Not only that, but the product came directly from Amazon, which means the seller did not ship it himself. He actively has listings up for products that he doesn't have stock of, and instead, orders the cheaper version of the product directly from Amazon in hopes that the customer doesn't realize. This is dishonest and the seller needs his account shut down.

we have never had a false ad, it was the supplier who sent the wrong product and we apologized to the buyer and refunded him. but he didn't want to believe us. i think he has another problem.
