Paid for original shipping and return shipping, plus I paid for the item. Never got back a full refund. Ebay knows that I paid 11 dollars for the item plus shipping but never added in the shipping into the refund.

Unfortunately, with ebay's policies, an item that is returned that is not damaged, is exactly as described (new), the shipping charges are not refunded. I can't even refund you further from my end.
