Shipped immediately (same day) & took about a week to get here. After a few days of playing though it started to have issues, like cutting off mid game, cutting off right when I was trying to save a game (losing all progress & at times just not turning on at all. so I reached out to the seller and they immediately sent me another one for free & didn't ask me to send the original one back!
