Oil from the supplied bottle did not leak so the mess came from the pump crankcase. Also, as a former UPS employee, I can tell you that packages shipped via UPS are not handled very delicately. My pump obviously spent some time upside down. Not that big a deal to me, but as a helpful suggestion, please ship these pumps with a dry crankcase. Very nice set though….THANK YOU !!

Vivo home very promptly addressed my concerns after sending them photos of the product and immediately refunded my money.
