The item I received was not the same as described or pictured. I was under the impression by the photos in the listing I was receiving the charcoal memory foam. I received white memory foam. The seller offered a refund for the error. I figured it would be a full refund since it wasn't explained otherwise. I received a refund that was less than a quarter of what I paid. I reached out a couple times asking why the minimal refund and not the full refund. I have not heard back.

The seller did reach back out stating they were ill and unable to respond to my issue. Also, I misunderstood their offer of a partial refund. It was phrased differently and I misinterpreted it.
