Lionel 12893 PowerMaster Adapter Cable
This cable connects the Lionel PowerMaster base to most any AC model train transformer. The transformer supplies track power & the PowerMaster base controls the operation of the model train. The cable simply connects the transformer to the PowerMaster base. I've had a good experience with the cable(s) as I have plugged in and unplugged the cable many times as the layout changes or travels. Plus being somewhat universal between different transformers has helped. The fuse has been helpful too in protecting the transformer and the PM base if a train derails (shorts out) on the track.
