I had to cancel this order of around 23 items because eBay's shipping label generator couldn't create a label for the address. When doing so I stated the reason as "Issue with buyer's address", which the buyer was provided with in eBay's notification. I then blocked the buyer from future purchases to prevent a repeat of this problem, which may explain why I didn't receive any messages from them. It's frustrating that I was penalized for each item in this order.

The seeds were exactly as the seller described and the seller was very conscientious of customer service.
The only issue was eBay shipping. It took 18 days to get the seeds and eBay provides substandard tracking. eBay shipping is ridiculous!
