2nd purchase from this Seller and Vacuums. Wonderful and they to me are NEW yet prior year models. The D10 I just recd and bought just to vacuum. Price better then other self emptying brands. I bought the Dreame L10s Ultra here too and it is too excellent with water tanks for mopping too, self empties and dries mop heads. (more money yet not sure how I lived without) This brand has yet to disappoint and the technology is great. Hope to get many years out of them. Price was great too!!!

Absolutely LOVE it! One of is is totally disabled and one of us is temporarily disabled. Very easy to hookup! Way quieter than another vacuum robot we used for the last six plus years. We currently have a basset hound, two cats, a parrot that drops a lot of food and four grandchildren that forget to take dirty shoes off some times. Does an exceptional job.

Positive: Seller was responsive to my request to ship item before I went on vacation. Item was received very quickly.
Negative: Did not receive the user manual or the cleaning tool - both should have been included per item description. I sent a message to the seller to request that they send me the missing items, and have not received a response yet. Also, the mop pads (2) look "used"; for that reason, I now have to order NEW mop pads, before I can confirm that the machine works.
