I purchased a battery at the end of February. Lately, I've observed that it's draining quickly and failing to retain a sufficient charge. Additionally, the battery's capacity seems to have decreased. I contacted them regarding this issue, and they inquired about how long it holds a charge after being fully charged. However, despite their promotion of a five-year warranty, they did not follow up with me thereafter.
