Items were llisted as NEW but the product was clearly used. I purchased 3 items and all 3 were used - over half empty. I tried to work with the seller for a refund but she demanded packaging be returned that was never sent with the items. Terrible seller. Don't waste your money.

we ask you to send the items back but you didn't. and everything in our shop is brand new nothing is used like we explained.we also asked you if you claim a item were used why wait a full week to report it you claim it was one that seems to be used now you saying it was three. we ask you to send the item/ items back so they can be inspected but you failed to do so we always strive to deliver great customer service but customers has to do there part i hope for the best for you in the future
