Quick delivery to LA California. Testing showed the knobs work differently than I am used to but are functioning as described in manual. You push the knob to select the digit and spin the knobs to change the value of the digit. This is very handy for collecting data in fixed steps. I compared PS digital values with analog 5A meter and got good agreement. I hope it lasts a great long time so I stay as happy as I am now.
