    The PC case came in excellent condition. The box had a small gash in the side, but I would assume that to be shipping. It came with the original box, original foam protection, as well as the entire accessories kit that had yet to have its seal cracked. Overall, it came within a few days and was a fast shipping experience. I didn't have any messages with the seller, so I cannot comment of communication.
