    Very informative. I plan on reading all 1100+ pages at least twice.

    Very good book. Of course like any other book, reading each chapter 2 or more times gives a better understanding of what it is saying. If you don't think you will get anywhere by reading the chapters 2 or more times, you'd be surprised.
