The item picture and details did not do the item Justice. It was much better than I expected. The item came complete and was shipped in a timely manner along with excellent packaging. Will most definitely do business with them again. I did email them directly once just to clarify a question I had about if something came with the item or not however I did not get a response. It was an automated message saying they were closed and would get back with me but never did. Still five stars!
