Although a refurb, they reached out shortly after close of auction to tell me “if it’s broken we will fix it” because “the shippers sometimes are rough.” I replied about ensuring things are packaged well, but upon receiving the box, all WAS well. It was a little tricky to get everything working, but as my first 3D printer, I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve already printed the Boaty test model and a much larger 48 hour job is already running.
