I didnt realize the tape was actually ribbon until it came in. I requested return instructions which I received. Shortly after I kept getting emails wanting to know how the issue could resolved. I explained the issue on each response. They finally stopped sending me emails. I wont purchase from this vendor anymore. I think the description shoud have made a little plainer that is was ribbon and not laminated tape. Its like they didnt listen to me when I told them I wanted to return the item
