    Japan Minecraft on U.S. PS VITA

    Bought this for my son (8 yr old) and he loves it. I wasn't sure if it would work on a U.S. Vita but it does work perfectly! All of the Minecraft for the U.S. Vita is download only. I wanted to get a cartridge version and it works great. The graphics are obviously blocky and low resolution by design, but that's part of the charm. A good game to keep him busy on the go.

    A new thing...

    I always called this game "cheater legos" as you never had to buy more blocks and you could build and do anything. The complexity of digging and building, while trying to learn how to combine elements is a newer first person experience that makes this title entertaining. I even purchased the novel to get a feel for what to expect, and the view point is one of reminiscent titles like "Journey to the Center of the Earth" and the original "Time Machine". It's a journey all on its own and is deserving of originality and a chance if never played. I thank you for the opportunity.
