So I ordered 2 of these water bottles, the description says they come with a removable straw spout. when I received them there was no removable straw spout in either one. When I contacted the seller, they tried to tell me that it doesn’t come with a removable straw spout, after I told them to read THEIR description, they offered to refund me $5.37, I reluctantly accepted, but only because they absolutely refused to send me the straw spouts. They promise �� % satisfaction, I was NOT satisfied.
