Not great, at least for my high resolution CRT. I'm not sure, if you will encounter same problems with the standard CRT's. But in my case, the resolution sometimes changes back to "Recommended" low res after restarting . And often mouse gets glitched, when it becomes eather invisible or gets stuck in one shape. Bought this piece of junk because one guy said that its one of the better solutions to connect CRTs to modern PC. But my cheap VGAtoDP port works much better, with no problems at all.

Nice heavy cable ( other models have thin cabling that kinks and breaks internally), does Eyefinty correctly, and you can't beat the price. Nationwide Surplus out of AZ sent it quick, it looks and works like new.
