Excellent and conscientious seller. The item arrived on time and was well packaged. There was very good communication with seller. The item I received was not exactly as described. There was an unanticipated and not easily diagnosed minor issue with the item (a broken plastic reel stop for one of the 4 reels in a vintage slot machine bank). The seller promptly responded to being notified of this and the issue was satisfactorily resolved. Overall very positive buying experience.

Item arrived with damage (bottom disk platter bent up). Did not want to send feedback until the insurance claim was settled.
Making a damage claim with the Post Office is tedious, as they prefer it be done online.
It took 2 tries to actually complete. They accepted the claim the end of February, with the status paid.
No indication when payment would arrive.
Finally the check was in my box today, March 6. Wahoo!!!
