The computer I purchased on March 23 is defective. I was told by a technician that Windows is corrupt and there is a default in the hardware. This was sold as NEW and according to Dell it is 7 years old and out of warranty. In order to repair it I would have to send Dell $40 and the computer just to do a diagnostic test and who knows how much it would cost to repair it, but they can't tell me that until they receive the computer back in their store.
