Exceptional customer service, another reason I believe Anycubic is the greatest 3d printer company. My printer came with a clogged hotend all the way through the extruder. I had a hot end to replace it so I did. after cleaning the extruder and replacing the hotend I found the printer to be erratic and uncontrollable. I had to contact customer support. They took care of everything asap sending a new motherboard. Great price, great service, and a great product..Five stars Anycubic. Thank you.

This was a very positive and pleasant transaction vendor communicated very well. Shipping time frame was quick and the unit was packaged so well that even though the postal service banged up the box. the unit itself was very well packaged and protected. I did an operational check and a visual check on the unit. Everything was included and if they wouldn't of told me it was a refurbished unit I would of thought it was brand spanking New. As a matter of fact I think they sent me a brand New !
