This machine arrived in a timely manner. I took it out of the box and nothing was broken or missing. It still had the protective film for the glass panels on it. All in all the printer is in pristine condition. I was kind of worried since it was a refurbish but it looks brand new. Will definitely buy from this seller again in the near future!

Printer came Ready to work. NO issues on startup/first print. Ran a few weeks before the first problem showed up but its not related to what was purchased but more because of Creality's early ceramic hot end and extruder. I have contacted support on Facebook (can not recommend enough) and they are sending a new hot end, MCU fan, and extruder fan. If you need support from Creality, their Facebook support is absolutely the best option. They were quick and decisive. New parts are on the way, Free.

Item as described and pictured, BUT the one we received was not very well looked at in the refurbish process. It came with broken components. It did arrive in the original box and all packing material was correct. The seller sent a return shipping label. We returned it and they refunded the full price. They offered to refund us the difference of another purchase at current price if we decided to buy another one.

Item arrived exactly as described. set up was super simple and it was set up and printing within an hour (I was also on a meeting so I was a little distracted. I could not be happier with this refurbed K1. it's amazing and prints quickly. It is louder than my Enders but man does it go.
I didn't need to communicate with the seller at all so I can't speak to that but the automated emails updated me when the printer shipped and everything else so it was all good
