This seller is a scam artist selling non working items and makes it difficult for you to get money back. Do not trust or buy from this seller. I ordered 12 bulbs from them. One bulb broke in transit due to poor packaging and then for the remaining 11 bulbs that arrived intact, 6 of them DID NOT WORK AT ALL. They refused to believe me and made my right to return and get money back impossible. Had to have Ebay step in. Again do not trust or buy from this seller! BEWARE!
