Saddle came to me moldy and the paint job on the saddle and tack looks like a toddler did it. Reached out to seller to return which was unfortunately after 30 days, I waited to open it until her birthday and the seller didn’t even respond just closed the case.

Filed claim through Paypal, seller reached out to return saddle finally and agreed to accept return. Sent return label then changed their mind and canceled label. Said they would not accept return unless I removed my feedback here and close the dispute. I informed them I would not close dispute until they sent a legit return label and saddle was refunded. Never heard back from them, PayPal closed dispute in my favor, got refunded. Terrible Seller.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Unfortunately, our policy clearly states that returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery for any defects. Additionally, we weren't informed that this was intended as a birthday gift, nor was there any note provided with the order. It's possible that the saddle has been used during this time, leading to the issues you've mentioned. Therefore, we're unable to accept the return at this time. If you had initiated the return within the policy timeframe, we would have gladly accepted it.
