    Looks awesome and does the job fishermen.

    For filleting the biggies, halibut, salmon, dinosaurs, Oggopoggos, this is what you need. Easy to use, light weight for a 12" blade. The blade, holds it's edge, and sharpens easily. I find the handle is easy to hold on to, wet or dry. And the case is of good quality. This knife will last me a long time, and it will for you too. Many thanks, BUBBA.

    THE Fillet Knife

    What do you want in a fillet knife? You want a sharp blade, you want a blade that holds its blade, you want your knife to slide effortlessly (i.e. it does not stick to the meat) through the fish, you want it long enough that it will go all the way through the fish. You want a blade that you have a great grip on, even when wet. This is the knife.
