Overall good experience. Started out rough as I was given a tracking number when they didn’t even have the QH12 mini I ordered in stock. They communicated well after I asked for updated shipping they admitted that they messed up by sending out the tracking when they didn’t have the unit I ordered in stock and it hadn’t shipped they offered me a H12 that they could ship out next day. I received it about a week later. Recommend agrotk looking forward to working with this vendor in the future.

I originally left negative feedback for my transaction BUT after the seller offered me a refund to change my feedback I decided that the refund was worth it. My item original negative feedback stated, The tracking did not show up on eBay so after 2 weeks I filed an not delivered case. The seller was able to get my phone number and called me 3 time, telling me that they were with eBay customer service and I needed to close the case. I contacted eBay this morning and reported it, I was not happy
