This seller is an excellent communicator. About the average amount of time for delivery of a wig. Beautiful hair it was a little brighter than the picture but the hair is soft and manageable. It was well-packed and ready to go right out of the box. I did have a little bit of shredding when I washed it but when it's all said and done it is a great hairpiece. I will be buying from this seller again.
