Nice and hot! Good heater for a 35ft camper
Fit exactly as it should, fired right up after the burn in the smell of new paint went away and heated up good! I used foil tape on the ports I didn't pop out to help seal them, wiring was easy 12V (red+ yellow-, blue/white thermostat power, blue thermostat return) power switch on it, flame window on top to see it's lit. Came with intake port flange (plastic) the chassis is thin and easily bendable but study enough. Poor quality furnace
Received heater 12/14/2020. Installed and noticed a rattle, removed and found the brass fitting for connecting the gas line was jammed in the squirrel cage blower. It was very difficult to remove, I did accomplish it and reinstalled the unit. Started the furnace and it fired up right away. After a few minutes I noticed an oder, to find it was a gas leak on the fitting located on the gas line going to the burner. Removed the furnace, again, and found the fitting was loose. Retighten and it worked properly for a couple of weeks. Now I find the furnace will not ignite. I haven't figured out why it will not ignite, but thus far I'm very disappointed with the product. Is there a warrantee? I'd like to exchange it.Received heater 12/14/2020. My furnace went out and after pricing it out everyone wanted over 800 USD for a brand new one. This was a bargain! I saved hundreds of dollars. Worked great the first time I installed it.

Good quality replacement unit
This furnace was bought as a replacement for an older model furnace. It fit exactly in the space of the older unit and came with the correct gas line fitting. There were no serious issues with installation and as stated in the installation manual the unit did produce smoke and odor during initial break in of about 1 hour continuous running. After break-in it runs perfectly. This new Q model is much quieter than the older model and quickly brings our travel trailer up to temperature even on the coldest days. The only negative is that the stamped metal housing has sharp unfinished edges which makes gloves necessary for installation. I find this to be true of almost all HVAC equipment these days It was somewhat difficult to pop out the stamped outlet ports and it is best to do this ...
