      Except for the $147 duty charge which Ebay nor the vendor made me aware of, the transaction was excellent. I have never had to pay a duty/tariff on any vintage watch, and I have bought vintage watches all over the world. Item as described. Shipping up to expectation. Package had been opened, and the inner box had not been resealed. Inspectors were not up to snuff which is of no fault of the vendor. On an expensive item they could have at least retaped the box. Thank you.
