I received my package today and USPS did a horrible job delivering my books. There was a rip on the side of the package. The mailman laid my package on my steps and it was pouring down rain. My books were a little wet because of the rip of the package. I don't understand why the mailman could not put it in my mailbox. Even the label was so smeared by the rain. I am going to my post office tomorrow and issue a big complaint. USPS has a responsibility to make sure packages are delivered safely.
