    They both came in excellent condition. They look and feel great. The sticks are tight and the buttons are really "clicky." It looks like customs opened everything up and one of the controllers had a sticker missing. But that's fine. It took a little while to get here, but i expected that. If you expect an actual Microsoft wireless controller, this isnt it. it comes with a wireless dongle. I personally dont mind, but other people might.
