Brand new out of the box. Ordered on the 7th from USA to UK. Arrived on the 19th at my doorstep. There was a slight miscommunication regarding the UPS tracking code but that was resolved fairly quickly upon contacting the seller. Additional vat is paid after the item is shipped - maybe this should also be indicated so it does not come as a surprise to overseas buyers.
