This is my 2nd Flex 9G and it set up flawlessly. I use cut large pore filter media and fine media blocks in the back LHS and center back sections with the bag of bacteria balls on top of the fine media in the middle section. Room at back for cables for additional heater (not included) and CO2 line for my natural plants. My rare Plakat male betta loves his home! Now have 2 of these for bettas, and both are planted tanks, so the light is perfect for live plants. Day and night lighting too.

As described. Need stronger box for shipping 50# sack. Sack inside always remains intact.Problems in shipping with FedEx to Northern Calif with several delays by FedEx. FedEx reports having to tape up failing box with label. Great product and great price! Have used seller many times. Suggest seller use UPS to northern Calif, as UPS more reliable. Last shipment by FedEx delivered to wrong address and nearly 1 week late!

We've ordered these bags several times. This time one arrived and not the second. I sent a quick email to the seller and within 24 hours I had the second bag. Seems the packaging around the second 50lb bag had been damaged. Great people to deal with. The wildlife in our back yard would also give a positive review if they could type.
